Job Location: Saudi Arabia Job Description: Job Title 3G RF Senior Experts Network planning Skills Experience in carrying out the nominal planning in UMTS Experience in Performing network detailed planning such as site parameter planning, LAC planning, frequency planning and neighbor list planning for UMTS Experience in carrying out high level model tuning and traffic analysis for UMTS Experience in carrying out coverage presentation for customer when required . Optimisation Skills Perform network optimization data analysis for UMTS Provide technical creativity in solving problems Recommend parameters change and perform advance analysis for UMTS Define drive routes and prepare Mapinfo maps Identify worst performing cells Experience in monitoring the KPI based on cell site and area wide, and improve the KPI Maintenance the KPI, ensure that it archives the target Review the daily system alarms and assist BSS/MW team to solve the problems UMTS Network parameters consistent check on weekly and , monthly basis according to project requirement Perform the high speed data services optimization such as HSPA/3G Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 15+ years experience of network planning or network optimization, Have good concepts of transmission NSN experience on TEMS and Asset will ba an added value Good working knowledge of BSS parameters and traffic analysis for UMTS Sounds management and communciation skills Good working knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes European/American citizens preferred Able to effectively communicatate with Clients at Sr. Managers and Director levels Able to handle the Senior Management team Good English communication skill in both written and oral
