Business Development Executive

A HR Consultancy firm based in London which has been very successful in business is seeking to expand.

An opportunity has therefore risen for bright, enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who are target driven to join the team as freelance business to business sales executives.

Potential weekly income of £800+ OTE if you are passionate enough about money


As an ideal candidate you will work in a small creative environment and possess a real desire to gain huge weekly and monthly income.

You will demonstrate a driven, tenacious and professional approach, with the commitment to excel.

The successful candidates will be ambitious, passionate, highly motivated and able to work autonomously.

As freelance executives, you will be paid on commission basis, and there is no cap as to how much you can earn.

Executives are paid between 5-10% commission for every business they bring in.



Required Skill sets:

• You must be very confident, and be able to present the service in a structured and professional way face to face

• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

• Gathering market and customer information

• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy

• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements

• Must have very good spoken English

• Must be Presentable at all times
