We are a different sort of recruitment agency that needs a different sort of agency recruiter. We are a long established agency based in Hemel Hempstead.
We have enduring relationships with a small number of construction companies and we require someone to help service these contracts. There are no sales targets and there is no cold calling, so we don't need 'posers' or 'closers'. We need a competent and realiable individual to visit sites throughout London, the South East and the Northern Home Counties.
You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining our temporary staff plus maintaining the excellent relationships we have with our clients.
We would expect you to look for opportunities for more business and to recruit more staff out on site as well as ensuring all paperwork is correctly completed.
It goes without saying that you should have good admin. and computer skills. We generally work 08.00-17.30 Monday - Friday, and would envisage that 75% of your time will be spent on the road or on site.
