French speaking Customer Service Role
Location: Belfast Salary: £14000 + Benefits
Relocation Package offered if applicable.
Our client is looking for 10 French and English speaking Customer Service Representatives.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via email and inbound calls for a telecommunication company.
• Customer Focus - 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment
• Specialist Expertise - Experience of Office programs and Internet. Interest in networking.
• Working with others - Demonstrates experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale
• Planning & Organising - Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload
• Effective Communication - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Outgoing Personality- It would be an advantage to have a bubbly and outgoing personality and a helpful nature.
