HR Generalist / Trainer

Our client, an exciting international sales organisation is looking for a HR generalist with a training background to join their busy Cheltenham offices. They offer an excellent working environment with plenty of opportunities for personal development and career advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

As a HR generalist / trainer, your duties will be:

* To provide proactive HR advice and guidance
* Support line managers in all HR matters
* Design, development and delivery of training and development programs
* design of visual aids and educational materials around the training programs

* Evaluation of programs and monitoring progress of trainees
* Administration of employee files including payroll and staff movements

* Required to travel internationally

Preferred Skills:

* Background in HR with a bias to training

* CIPD qualified

* Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Effective influencing skills

* Excellent communicator

* Organisation and time management

Personal Attributes:

* ability to influence others

* Ability to lead a team

* To develop and maintain business relationships at all levels

Benefits:

* 25 days annual leave pro rata

* Pension on successful completion of 3 month probation

* Town centre location

Normal working week is Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. Flexibility will be required outside of these hours on occasion.
