Job Responsibilities:
As a HR generalist / trainer, your duties will be:
* To provide proactive HR advice and guidance * Support line managers in all HR matters * Design, development and delivery of training and development programs * design of visual aids and educational materials around the training programs
* Evaluation of programs and monitoring progress of trainees * Administration of employee files including payroll and staff movements
* Required to travel internationally
Preferred Skills:
* Background in HR with a bias to training
* CIPD qualified
* Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Effective influencing skills
* Excellent communicator
* Organisation and time management
Personal Attributes:

* Ability to lead a team
* To develop and maintain business relationships at all levels
