El Barrio Latino Bar & Grill, 47 Hanover Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2PJ, is looking for an experience Restaurant Supervisor.
The ideal candidate would have spent at least 2 years working in a similar role and hold a personal license.
The main skills required would be excellent team management; flexible attitude to work; organizational and administration skills; attention to details and generally interested in delivering great service to internal/external customers.
The main duties of this position will include supervising the premises and staff during the manager absence; problem solving and handling complaints; promotion and sales activities; stock control; ensuring a smooth running of the business; handling phone and face to face enquirers.
This is a full-time position 35/40 hrs pw; night shifts; weekends.
