Skyware Global, a premier design/manufacturer of satellite antenna systems, and the world?s only supplier of completed Outdoor Unit Solutions seeks an experienced sales professional to grow our Eastern European base of business.
Reporting to our Senior Vice President Marketing and Product Development, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing new accounts, generating revenue from new and existing accounts, and cross-selling products to a base of accounts throughout Europe.
? New business prospecting and development, including cold calling; scheduling client introductions and meetings; and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications to strategically win new business.
? Participating in trade shows, exhibits, open houses, and product demonstrations, promoting company image and products.
? Experience working with reseller accounts, promoting satellite systems and/or associated electronic products and developing successful business relationships
? Collaborate with product development, engineering and finance to perform pricing analysis to develop proposals/quotations that ensure maximum returns
? Collaborate with product development and engineering in defining and documenting specifications.
? Attends, schedules and conducts meetings
? Confers with all departments as needed
? Organize customer feedback and
information to assist in analyzing future products and making recommendations for the development of new products
? Complete and submit sales reports such as call reports, pipeline reports, activity reports and target account planning on a regular basis (as specified by Sales VP)
? Other duties as assigned
? Bachelor's degree, or related work experience.
? 5-7 years business-to-business sales experience
? 3-5years experience selling satellite business-to-business in the satellite industry or associated electronics;
? Strong technical acumen; ability to engage in complex technical discussions
? Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
? Previous, successful experience in working in a satellite/remote office or home-based office
? Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurability.
? Ability to travel 50% -75% of time, including significant overnight travel both domestically and internationally.
