Renewable Managers, Sales Representatives and Advisors UK – South of England - training in London HQ £24k – £70k
Are you interested in a career change and/or being involved in one of the few stable industries that is currently booming in the UK? New Government set incentives and targets on climate change mean we urgently need Managers, Sales Representatives and Advisors to join our London team selling and advising on renewable solutions including a range of renewable technologies and advice on home energy consumption and savings.
You will be responsible for creating new leads, generating business and managing clients, as well as business development. The role will involve a certain degree of independence so you must be willing to meet targets and achieve goals, however you will be supported by a friendly and dedicated team. We give sales professionals the licence to be entrepreneurial as well as the freedom to take ownership of their own work load.
You will be working in an exciting industry and in a company that offers great progression opportunities and a highly competitive pay structure.
Full training will be given by our in-house renewable experts to all successful applicants resulting in you becoming a fully qualified Renewable Energy Project Manager, accredited with the Chartered Management Institute. You will receive practical, hands on training by experts with in depth knowledge of renewable industry and technologies, be part of a mentoring programme offering support and guidance as well as rapid development of management and sales skills.
The successful individual will also be:
o Self-motivated, a good communicator and customer driven with a ‘can do’, problem solving attitude
o Committed, honest, trustworthy individuals ready to learn
o A team player providing the necessary support to all departments in a timely and professional manner
o Able to demonstrate written and oral skills within a customer environment
o Able to take ownership for business planning in the territory that they are responsible for
No previous experience is required although an interest in the environment and renewable energy is preferable. Applicants should have GCSE grade C in English and preferably Maths as well as basic IT skills.
