We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Manager (Senior Site Manager), to be part of one of the largest and most successful social housing providers. Who specialise in regeneration and Greenfield housing projects. Working in Sussex, North West London.
You will be an experience Senior Building Manager (Site Manager) able to lead a site team to deliver social housing projects safely and on time to the desired quality whilst exceeding out customers expectations. Proactively uphold the highest standard of site safety performance, provide leadership and support to all staff in the site team to meet project goals as well as ensuring all staff are fully trained to perform their roles to the best of their ability. Motivate and retain the best possible labour force on the site. Achieve projects and targets, and help deliver or exceed annually agreed team targets. Achieve agreed programme preliminary budgets to your site, whilst ensuring effective teamwork within the site team and departments associated with the project. Assist in developing new business opportunities by achieving the highest standards of building quality and service.
You will have a proven track record in site management gained within residential and/or social housing sectors. Ideally you will have a contracting residential background. Proven experience in managing a team and carrying out the associated processes. You will be a strong team player who can motivate and influence others. It is essential for this position that you have SMSTS, CSCS and an up to date First Aid qualification, proficiency in Excel and Word is desirable.
