Hai I am Lija I am a qualified Nurse in India .I have been in England since 5 years working as a senior carer I would like to work as a Nurse in the Hospital I wrote the IELTS EXAM 9 times I only got overall band score 6.5 that will expire in may this year can anyone help me with this score to get a job.I can easily communicate and understand the people saying, do I really need ielts 7 individual?





Hello Lija,

I can see that you have tried several times with the IELTS. It seems to be the stumbling block to getting an overseas nursing programme for you.

According to the NMC, you will need to score individual minimum bands of at least 7 and an overall band of 7 to get enrolled into a program with job prospect as a nurse in the future.
