visa for onp

I am a student in u.k currently doing national vocational course in health and social care.

i am on tier 4 visa and my visa expires next year only.i have nearly 1 more year to live here.

now i got I.E.L.T.S 7.5 BAN SCORE AND GOT DECISION LETTER fro n.m.c.

I wonder could i do my overseas nurses programme in this visa or do i have to change my visa status?
