A major brand name is looking for a Head of e-Gaming to implement and develop the strategies, practices and resources required to maximize the commercial opportunities for bingo, casino, games, skill games and poker. Responsibilities ? Develop, deliver and report on KPIs for e-Gaming. ? Responsible for performance managing all e-Gaming Product Managers. ? Responsible for e-Gaming Customer Service performance. ? Work with Senior Management to set annual budgets and targets for e-Gaming. ? Regularly report to Senior Management on the performance of the e-Gaming products. ? Manage and develop the e-Gaming customer experience, reviewing all functionalities and making improvements. ? Generate new product ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products, driving and influencing the products? roadmaps. ? Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness. ? Ensure product offers and campaigns are highly competitive in the marketplace. ? Develop & maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers. ? Work closely with suppliers to ensure that the e-Gaming products are operating to their maximum potential. ? Work closely with suppliers to ensure any changes, updates or improvements are implemented efficiently. ? Work closely with CRM to develop and manage customer contact strategies and programmes. ? Work closely with Acquisition team to develop and grow customer acquisition programmes, promotions, campaigns and analysis of player activity.
Requirements ? Significant e-Gaming product management experience. ? Extensive gaming product knowledge. ? Be a high achiever who has shown in their experience great skill leading teams and working in competitive markets. ? In depth understanding of e-Gaming marketing strategies. ? Strategic planner and thinker. ? Excellent people management skills. ? Entrepreneurial spirit. ? Experience working for an internationally recognised sports/gaming brand. ? P&L management experience. ? Commercial acumen with a proven track record for getting results.
