Established in 2010, Brasa has been launched by successful bar and restaurant owner Brenhan Magee, who has over 20 years of experience in the bar and restaurant industry and takes pride in ensuring high quality food and drink with the highest quality service at all times.
The first floor charcoal grill restaurant is located in Fulham (London), above the Broadway Bar and Grill.

Must have for candidates:
Great inter-personal skill and terrific attitude to customer services. Someone who is able to fit in with the friendly existing staff members. A nice, respectful, optimistic person who enjoy working with the public. Someone with positive attitude, who is well presented, hard working, think quickly on their feet and has the willingness to learn new skills. Full training will be provided on the job.
You will need to be English speaking; knowledge of Italian language is an advantage.
You need to be of legal age to serve alcohol to customers.
